By using MyMemberHut, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. MyMemberHut provides a membership management platform for businesses, and your use of the service is subject to the conditions outlined below.

Service Description

MyMemberHut offers a platform to create and manage membership sites, including custom subdomains, payment processing via Stripe Connect, and customer management tools. The service costs $49 per year per business, plus a 7% transaction fee on membership payments. We are not responsible for interruptions due to third-party services (e.g., Stripe) or technical issues beyond our control.

User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate business and payment information during sign-up.
  • You are responsible for managing your membership content and ensuring it complies with applicable laws.
  • You may promote MyMemberHut to others but must reference these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  • You must not misuse the platform, including attempting to bypass security measures or disrupt service.

Intellectual Property

  • MyMemberHut retains ownership of its platform, branding, and technology.
  • You retain ownership of content uploaded to your membership site and grant MyMemberHut a license to host and display it as part of the service.
  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sublicense MyMemberHut’s software or branding without permission.

Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your MyMemberHut account at any time. Upon cancellation, existing members retain access until their billing cycle ends, and your data will be retained for a limited period as outlined in our Privacy Policy. MyMemberHut reserves the right to terminate your account for violations of these terms.
